3.How do I claim the warranty?
If you think the Bestek product is defective and under warranty,you can submit a request of Return or Exchange on support page, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase proof and your reason for the claim.
Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and try it on all the troubleshooting advice.
4. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?
Sorry, the warranty begins from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement. Unauthorized reselling of Bestek products is strictly prohibited.
1.In which cases you can apply for a refund?
- If the product hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel your order yourself for any reason and money will be returned to your payment account.
- You can apply for a refund if the seller has sent the item but you haven’t received it. Money will be returned to your payment account after the sender receive the item.
- You can apply for a refund if you receive a wrong item or the product is found out defective within the first 30 days from the date of your purchase.
- You can apply for a return if you receive a real Bestek item but you don’t like it within the first 30 days from the date of your purchase.

2.How long is the refund process?
Refunds are usually dealt with successfully within one month after your product return. And return will be credited to your original payment account.

Bestek warrants that customers are free to apply for refund and replacement for defects in materials or workmanship. If your Bestek is verified to be defective, you may contact us for a return and replacement claim by email@example.com.
2.What is the process of the claim for return & replacement?
Submit your application for the return & replacement. Check the returned item whether it is within our rules of Return & Replacement. If it meets our rules, we’ll arrange refund or send you a new one. While if it doesn’t satisfy our rules, your item will be returned.
3.What should you do if you receive an item that is different from what described online?
It is Bestek’s mission to pay much attention to product quality and customer’s using experience. If you receive a wrong item or the product is found defective, you can apply online for refund or replacement or contact us with your order receipt.
4.Do I need to return a product along with its packaging, manuals, adapters or others accessories?
It could vary based on the product and claim. But we suggest you to send it as originally came in the box. Also include the receipt and BestekMall Order ID as proof of your purchase and a copy of your claim.
5.What if you don’t have any proof of purchase?
- If you purchase Bestek products through BestekMall, it is easy to check your order by your email, name, and shipping address.
- If you purchase through other authorized Bestek resellers, please contact the reseller for a copy of your receipt.
- If you get it as a gift, you can ask the giver for a copy of the receipt.
