1. Where Can I find Bestek products?
You can find Bestek products on Bestekmall.com or Amazon platform.
2. How can I know when the product I want is on sale?
There are two ways for you to get promotion message in time. The best way is to create an account on bestekmall.com, and we’ll offer special deals to our registered users. Another way is to like our official Medias like Facebook, Twitter, etc. Promotion information will be updated to our fans in time.
3. What should I do if there is no product I want in warehouse?
Sometimes products can’t meet the demands of orders but we’ll provide replenishment in time in order not to influence delivery. If that happens, please wait and your parcel will be sent within one day once we have stock. If we can’t ship your product as you required, you can cancel your order and put it to Wish List which is special for customers to easily collect and buy products they want anytime.
4. What should I do if my products in shopping cart are missing?
We have shopping cart for customers to collect all the products they want to buy so that they can pay for these products at the same time. If you can’t find your products in cart, please do as follows:
- Please try to reload the page. It may be caused temporarily because of out of control of network. Reload the page and you may find your products.

5. Can I cancel my order after I pay for it?
Yes, you can cancel your order even when you pay for it.
- You can cancel the order by yourself after you log in your account when the sellers haven’t arrange the shipping yet.

1. How many payment methods are there?
BestekMall only supports the payment of PayPal currently, but we’ll try to develop other payment methods, like credit card, international payment methods in the future, to meet every types of customers’ requirement.
2. Can I pay for the product via credit card or international payment methods?
Sorry, our official website only supports PayPal currently. If you don’t have PayPal account, you can go to our authorized seller like Amazon to buy it via credit card.
3. Can I pay for the product cash on delivery?
Sorry, cash on delivery is not allowed right now. Cash method has low security and we can’t protect both customers and our company’s benefit in this way. Online payment is the fastest and easiest for most buyers.
4. It is safe to pay via PayPal?
In order to offer you a safe online shopping experience. Bestek has a high-level security measures and devices to protect your personal information and payment information from unauthorized access.
Shipping questions after placing an order
1. How long will my products be shipped after my payment?
- Commonly we’ll arrange the shipping within one day after we receive your payment.
- If there is lack of stock, the website will remind you the message and will arrange the item within one day once there is product in warehouse if you still want it.
- If it is preselling products, we’ll arrange the shipping according to scheduled time.
2. How to track the shipping information?
- If the product you ordered is shipped by Amazon, you can log in your Amazon account and check it in “My Order”.
- If it is shipped by us, we’ll send you the tracking number and update information in time.
3. How to remind the delivery?
If you don’t get any shipping information, you can contact us to expedite your delivery.
4. Why my product hasn’t been sent yet?
- We may not arrange the product if your payment is failed. In this case, please contact us to confirm and try your purchase again.
- We may not ship your product in time because of lack of stock or in preselling. Please look out carefully before you pay for it. But don’t worry that we’ll arrange the shipping once we have in stock or as scheduled. You can also get help from our online service.
5. Amazon tells me it has been shipped, but I can’t check any shipping information. What should I do?
- It may be caused by wrong shipping information or it is delayed in post office. Please contact us and we’ll help you to check what problem it is and handle it.
- It may be delayed in a certain area due to the long dispatch time of remote area or post office’s low efficiency in the high peak of shipping. You can call the post office to know the specific status.
- It may has been shipped but the shipping information may not be updated in time. You can call the post office to know where it is currently.
- If you don’t receive the item and the shipping information isn’t updated for a very long time, it may be lost. Please contact us to get a replacement with your order receipt.
Refund & return questions after placing an order
1. How I apply for return & replacement?
Submit your application for your request. If your application is approved, you can return your product and we’ll refund you or replace a new item for you, or return it to you based on the results of verifying product. 2. Can I apply for a refund if I haven’t receive my product in time?
You can apply for a refund if the product hasn’t been shipped by sellers yet. If the product has been shipped already but you haven’t received it. You can contact us with your order receipt to confirm before that.
3. What should I do if I want to return my product?
Bestek warrants that customers are free to apply for return or replacement after verifying based on our warranty rules. You may contact us or visit our return & replacement guide page for more information.
4. What should I do if I receive an item that is different from what described online?
It is Bestek’s mission to pay much attention to product quality and customer’s using experience. If you receive a wrong item or the product is found defective, you can apply online for refund or replacement. For more information, please check the Warranty & Return page.
5. If I don’t like the product after I receive it, can I apply for refund?
You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days from your date of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. But please note that you should cover the shipping cost if it is verified not quality related.
6. Can I replace a new one if any part of my product is damaged in the first 18-month from the date of my purchase?
If the damage is quality related, you can visit Return & Replacement page to get a replacement. But if the damage is caused by your improper operation or it is provided by unauthorized sellers, we may not provide a replacement.
7. Do I need to return all the accessories along with the packaging to you?
It could very on the product and claim. But we suggest you to send it as originally came in the box. Or your claim may not be approved successfully.
8. How long will it take if my refund has been approved?
Refunds are usually dealt with successfully within one month after your product return. Money will be returned to your original payment account.
9. How to proof that it is my order if I want to apply for a refund or replacement?
